Why don't you ship to the UK?

In 2021 the UK introduced new VAT laws for any imported goods under €150, meaning I would have to up-charge a fee for anyone ordering to the UK. Hopefully soon, I will be able to come up with a system that does this fairly for both parties. Please sign up for my newsletter to get the announcement once this becomes available.

When can I expect my order?

All orders are shipped every Friday afternoon (with the exception of orders placed Friday).

Although I do not have control over shipping time, especially during Covid-19, Orders to Canada take approximately 1 -2 weeks, and orders to the US take approximately 1-3 weeks.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

I currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you have a problem with your order please contact me through email, issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Are orders shipped with tracking?

Currently, no orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

When will "x" item be restocked?

The best way to know is by signing up for my newsletter below, I will announce newly launched items as well as any restocks of sold out items!
